Helping leaders navigate the messy, human side of their work — and focus their energy on what actually matters.
Dave Kasch helps executives and senior leaders navigate the messy, human side of their work — especially the relationship dynamics and tough decisions that keep them up at night. He’s especially skilled at helping leaders and teams focus their energy on what actually matters.
Working with Dave means getting asked hard questions in a warm, open way. He believes real change happens when leaders get clear on what’s essential and stop getting tangled up in what isn’t. Whether you’re managing conflict with a peer, building trust across a team, or figuring out your next move, you’ll leave conversations with clarity on what to do next.
Dave spent years leading and consulting for major organizations across tech, healthcare, and higher education before becoming a dedicated coach. He’s worked with senior and mid-level leaders at Fortune 500 companies and led team coaching and development initiatives at billion-dollar companies. His background in organizational change, systems thinking, and human development informs everything he does.
Dave holds a PhD in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA and an MS in College Student Personnel from Miami University (OH). He is PCC (ICF), Leadership Circle 360, Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator (Brené Brown), LEGO Serious Play, DISC, MBTI certified.
When he’s not coaching, you’ll find Dave learning Spanish, spending time with family, and enjoying life in coastal Uruguay.
