Donna brings 20+ years of leadership development experience to her coaching work, helping executives and teams understand their strengths and use them to tackle real challenges. She’s direct, warm, and believes that effective coaching starts with understanding what makes each person tick.
Working with Donna feels like having a thoughtful partner in the room. She’s practical and genuinely curious — exploring the connection between what’s unique about you and how to bring those strengths forward in service of your goals. She doesn’t shy away from hard conversations, but she approaches them with warmth and clarity.
At Autodesk, Donna led global employee development, shaping how thousands of people grew into stronger leaders. Prior to that she served as an internal coach at Shopify, and designed and built out corporate university programming and senior leader development initiatives in the energy and managed services industries. Her experience spans talent strategy, organizational development, and hands-on coaching at every level.
Donna holds an MBA from UCLA and an MA in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University. She is certified as a PCC (ICF), CPCC (CoActive Training Institute), iEQ9 Enneagram — individual and team (Integrative Enneagram Solutions), SCP (SHRM), Prosci Change Management, DiSC, SDI, and TQ Transitions.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find Donna with friends at a Broadway show in Hollywood, reading a good story, or spending time with her cats and dogs at home.
