Helping leaders see themselves more clearly — and lead with greater intention.
Kelly Ross is an executive coach who helps leaders see themselves more clearly and lead with greater intention. She brings nearly two decades of experience in leadership development, organizational change, and international business to every conversation.
Working with Kelly feels like having a thoughtful partner in your corner. She listens carefully, asks questions that prompt reflection, and helps you spot patterns you might otherwise miss. Her approach is grounded in curiosity rather than advice — she’s there to support you in becoming a better leader on your own terms.
Kelly spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company, where she lived across three continents and worked in over 20 countries, primarily focused on learning and organizational change. She then built and runs her own leadership practice over the past 15+ years, combining coaching, facilitation, and learning and talent strategy work. That blend of global business experience and deep coaching expertise shapes how she works with leaders navigating complex challenges.
Kelly holds an MS in Learning and Organization Change from Northwestern University and a BS in Management and International Studies from Indiana University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) — International Coach Federation (ICF); Senior Practitioner (EIA-SP) and Supervisor (ESIA) — European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC); and certified in several assessments including: Leadership Circle Profile 360, Hogan Assessment System, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0, Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Integrative Enneagram IEQ9, Creatrix (innovation assessment), Conflict Dynamics Profile, VOICES 360, PDI Profilor 360, & Team Coaching International’s Team Diagnostic; Working Genius; and Change Style Indicator. She completed Master Coach Programs through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and holds a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy.
