Coaching leaders to think more clearly about their next move — and lead with greater confidence.
Lindsay Friedman coaches leaders who want to think more clearly about their next move and lead with greater confidence. Drawing on experience in healthcare, organizational design, and executive coaching, she helps leaders navigate career transitions, strengthen their teams, and work through the complex decisions that come with growth.
Lindsay creates a supportive but challenging space where leaders can explore blind spots, consider new perspectives, and align their choices with their values and goals. Rather than offering answers, she works as a thought partner — asking the right questions so you uncover what you already know but haven’t quite articulated. She’s direct and kind, easy to talk to, and focused on practical application. Whether you’re leading organizational change, strengthening how you manage people, or working through day-to-day leadership challenges, she helps you move from clarity to action.
Lindsay’s foundation comes from healthcare, where she worked in labor and delivery and fertility case management, supporting patients through significant life transitions. That experience taught her the power of deep listening, empathy, and human-centered problem-solving — skills she now brings to her work with leaders. As an organizational design and transformation leader, she has guided leaders across finance, tech, healthcare, and people functions in translating strategy into operating models and workforce plans. That blend of experience informs her coaching on career development, people leadership, and navigating complex business challenges.
Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and an Organizational Leadership Coaching Certificate, Northwestern University.
Outside of coaching and consulting, you’ll find Lindsay with her family, cheering on or coaching her kids, reading, exercising, and exploring what comes next.
