Bringing clarity to values and action — then moving deliberately from intention to impact.
Megan helps leaders navigate uncertainty by bringing clarity to their values and actions, then moving deliberately from intention into actionable impact. She works across industries with executives managing transformation, using deep listening paired with direct feedback to surface blind spots and chart what success actually looks like.
Working with Megan feels like having someone in your corner who genuinely listens and isn’t afraid to tell you the truth. She blends warmth with directness, creating space for you to pause and choose your response rather than react. Her method centers on three core questions: Are your actions aligned with your values? Are you truly present for your team and yourself? And can you lead in a way that builds belonging? She’s equally comfortable helping you weather major change or shaping it altogether.
Megan managed custom client coaching and leadership development portfolios at the Center for Creative Leadership, weaving together programmatic and one-on-one coaching work. She then spent years as a consultant at a global consultancy, working with leaders across industries and levels through some of their most challenging turnarounds and transformations before designing and leading internal partner development and the coaching program.
These experiences informed her book, The Pause Effect: Now You Can Lead and Belong, which distills her core philosophy into a practical guide for leaders seeking clarity, connection, and purpose.
