Our consulting work is built for small to mid-sized companies that grew faster than they planned to (we call those “happy accidents”). Usually that means:

Privately held and growing fast — often founder-led, owner-led, or family-owned (or on the second generation)
Past the point where instinct alone can run it — the business has outpaced the structure underneath it
Often in some kind of transition — scaling, a leadership shift, or an ownership change
